上海活動曆創意服務有限公司（下稱「我們」）提供 Secalender iOS App、Apple Watch App 與小工具（下稱「本服務」）。本政策說明我們如何蒐集、使用、分享與保護你的個人資料。使用本服務即表示你已閱讀並同意本政策。
本政策適用於 Secalender 行動應用程式及其相關服務。我們僅在提供行程管理、活動分享、AI 行程規劃與帳號安全所必要的範圍內處理個人資料，處理依據包括履行服務契約、你的同意，以及法律規定的義務。

我們不會出售你的個人資料。僅在下列情況分享：
你的資料可能儲存或處理於你所在國家／地區以外的伺服器。我們會採取契約與技術措施，確保資料受到與本政策一致的保護。
帳號存續期間我們會保存你的資料。你刪除行程或帳號後，相關資料將於合理期間內刪除或去識別化；法律另有保存義務者，依其規定保存。
本服務不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象。未達所在地法定年齡的使用者，應在父母或監護人同意下使用本服務。若我們發現在未經同意情況下蒐集了兒童資料，將儘速刪除。
我們採用傳輸加密、存取控制與最小權限原則保護你的資料。任何系統皆無法保證絕對安全，若發生可能影響你權益的資料事故，我們將依法通知。
本政策更新時會於本頁標示日期。重大變更將另以 App 內通知告知。變更後繼續使用本服務即表示同意更新後的政策。

Shanghai Huodonli Creative Service Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") provides the Secalender iOS app, Apple Watch app and widgets (the "Service"). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
This policy applies to the Secalender mobile application and related services. We process personal data only as necessary for schedule management, event sharing, AI trip planning and account security, on the basis of performing our contract with you, your consent, and our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:
Your data may be stored or processed on servers outside your country or region. We apply contractual and technical measures so that it remains protected consistently with this policy.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. After you delete an event or your account, the related data is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period, except where the law requires longer retention.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. Users below the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have collected a child's data without such consent, we will delete it promptly.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and the principle of least privilege. No system is completely secure; if an incident is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you as required by law.
When we update this policy we will change the date on this page. Material changes will also be announced in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
