刪除帳號

你可以隨時刪除 Secalender 帳號。刪除後無法復原，請先匯出需要保留的行程。

方法一：在 App 內刪除（建議）

1. 開啟 Secalender，進入「我的」→「設定」。
2. 點選「刪除帳號」。
3. 依畫面指示確認身分（可能需要重新登入 Apple / Google 或驗證手機號碼）。
4. 確認後，帳號與資料即開始刪除。

方法二：以電子郵件申請

來信 linping@huodonli.com 或 support@huodonli.cn，主旨「Secalender 帳號刪除申請」，並附上：

• 註冊時使用的電子郵件或手機號碼
• 使用者 ID（App 內「我的」頁面可查看）
• 刪除原因（選填）

我們可能以回信方式確認你的身分後再處理。

會刪除哪些資料

• 帳號資料：電子郵件、手機號碼、第三方登入識別碼、暱稱、頭像。
• 行程與活動、AI 規劃紀錄、設定與偏好。
• 好友關係、群組成員資格。

已分享給其他使用者的行程，可能仍保留在對方的帳號或裝置中。部分日誌可能依法定保存期限保留，用於爭議處理與防詐。

處理時間

App 內刪除通常即時生效；伺服器端資料於 30 天內完成刪除或去識別化。電子郵件申請通常於 15 個工作日內處理完成，複雜情形可能延長並以郵件告知。

Delete Your Account

You can delete your Secalender account at any time. Deletion cannot be undone, so export any schedules you want to keep first.

Option 1: In the app (recommended)

1. Open Secalender and go to Me → Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Follow the prompts to confirm your identity (you may need to sign in again with Apple / Google or verify your phone number).
4. Confirm. Your account and data will begin deleting immediately.

Option 2: By email

Email linping@huodonli.com or support@huodonli.cn with the subject "Secalender Account Deletion Request" and include:

• the email address or phone number you registered with
• your user ID (shown on the Me page in the app)
• reason for deletion (optional)

We may reply to verify your identity before processing.

What is deleted

• Account data: email, phone number, third-party sign-in identifiers, nickname, avatar.
• Schedules and events, AI planning history, settings and preferences.
• Friend connections and group memberships.

Schedules you already shared with other users may remain in their accounts or on their devices. Some logs may be retained for the statutory period for dispute resolution and fraud prevention.

Timeline

In-app deletion takes effect immediately; server-side data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days. Email requests are normally processed within 15 business days; complex cases may take longer and we will keep you informed by email.
