Secalender 讓你建立行程、與好友及社群分享，並發布公開活動。為了讓每個人都能安心使用，所有使用者在發布或分享內容前，必須同意本社群規範。本規範是服務條款的一部分；違反時我們得移除內容、限制功能或終止帳號。
你不得建立、分享或發布下列內容，也不得從事下列行為：
你對自己建立的內容負責。我們會以自動化方式與人工審核處理違規內容；公開活動在發布前須通過身分認證，並可能經過審核。我們得在未事先通知的情況下移除違規內容、設為不公開或下架。
你可以在任何用戶、行程、公開方案或社群頁面使用「檢舉」功能回報違規內容，並可選擇同時封鎖該用戶。封鎖後雙方將解除好友關係，不再看到彼此的行程與內容；你可於「設定 → 封鎖名單」管理。
我們會在收到檢舉後 24 小時內審查，並對違規內容採取移除、限制或停權等措施。
本服務的社群功能（公開活動、社群動態、公開發布）僅限 13 歲以上使用者使用。未滿 13 歲的使用者仍可使用個人行事曆與好友邀請功能，但無法瀏覽或發布公開內容。
依情節輕重，我們得採取下列一項或多項措施：移除或下架內容、限制發布公開內容的資格、暫時或永久停權。我們也可能依法向主管機關通報。

Secalender lets you create events, share them with friends and communities, and publish public activities. To keep everyone safe, all users must agree to these Community Guidelines before publishing or sharing content. These Guidelines are part of our Terms of Service; violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account termination.
You must not create, share, or publish the following, or engage in the following conduct:
You are responsible for the content you create. We use automated systems and human review to handle violating content; public activities require identity verification before publishing and may be reviewed. We may remove violating content, make it private, or take it down without prior notice.
You can use "Report" on any user, event, public plan, or community page to flag violating content, and optionally block that user at the same time. Blocking removes the friendship; you will no longer see each other's events or content. Manage blocked users under Settings → Blocked Users.
We review reports within 24 hours and take action against violating content, including removal, restriction, or suspension.
Social features (public activities, community feed, public publishing) are available only to users aged 13 and over. Users under 13 may still use the personal calendar and friend invitations, but cannot browse or publish public content.
Depending on severity, we may take one or more of the following actions: remove or take down content, restrict eligibility to publish public content, or suspend the account temporarily or permanently. We may also report to authorities as required by law.

Secalender では予定を作成し、友だちやコミュニティと共有し、公開イベントを掲載できます。誰もが安心して使えるよう、コンテンツを公開・共有する前に、すべての利用者は本ガイドラインに同意する必要があります。本ガイドラインは利用規約の一部です。違反した場合、コンテンツの削除、機能の制限、アカウントの停止を行うことがあります。
次の内容を作成・共有・公開すること、および次の行為を行うことを禁止します：
作成したコンテンツについては利用者が責任を負います。違反コンテンツには自動検出と人による審査で対応します。公開イベントの掲載には本人確認が必要で、審査を行う場合があります。違反コンテンツは事前の通知なく削除、非公開化、または掲載停止とすることがあります。
利用者・予定・公開プラン・コミュニティの各ページから「通報」で違反を知らせることができ、同時に相手をブロックすることもできます。ブロックすると友だち関係は解除され、互いの予定やコンテンツは表示されません。「設定 → ブロックリスト」で管理できます。
通報は受領から 24 時間以内に確認し、削除・制限・利用停止などの措置をとります。
コミュニティ機能（公開イベント、コミュニティのフィード、一般公開の投稿）は 13 歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。13 歳未満の方も個人のカレンダーと友だちの招待はご利用いただけますが、公開コンテンツの閲覧・投稿はできません。
内容の重大性に応じて、コンテンツの削除・掲載停止、公開コンテンツを投稿する資格の制限、アカウントの一時的または恒久的な停止のいずれか、または複数の措置をとります。法令に基づき当局へ報告する場合もあります。

Secalender te permite crear eventos, compartirlos con amigos y comunidades y publicar actividades públicas. Para que todo el mundo pueda usarlo con tranquilidad, todas las personas usuarias deben aceptar estas Normas antes de publicar o compartir contenido. Estas Normas forman parte de los Términos del servicio; su incumplimiento puede conllevar la retirada del contenido, la limitación de funciones o el cierre de la cuenta.
No puedes crear, compartir ni publicar lo siguiente, ni realizar las siguientes conductas:
Eres responsable del contenido que creas. Tratamos el contenido infractor con sistemas automáticos y revisión humana; las actividades públicas exigen verificación de identidad antes de publicarse y pueden someterse a revisión. Podemos retirar contenido infractor, hacerlo privado o darlo de baja sin aviso previo.
Puedes usar «Denunciar» en cualquier perfil, evento, plan público o página de comunidad y, si quieres, bloquear a esa persona al mismo tiempo. Al bloquear se deshace la amistad y dejáis de ver vuestros eventos y contenidos. Gestiona la lista en Ajustes → Usuarios bloqueados.
Revisamos las denuncias en un plazo de 24 horas y actuamos sobre el contenido infractor: retirada, limitación o suspensión.
Las funciones de comunidad (actividades públicas, muro de la comunidad, publicación pública) solo están disponibles para mayores de 13 años. Los menores de 13 pueden seguir usando el calendario personal y las invitaciones entre amigos, pero no pueden ver ni publicar contenido público.
Según la gravedad, podemos aplicar una o varias de estas medidas: retirar o dar de baja el contenido, limitar la posibilidad de publicar contenido público, o suspender la cuenta de forma temporal o permanente. También podemos informar a las autoridades cuando la ley lo exija.
